Vanderlande, the global market leader in logistic process automation, aimed to improve profitability and make more data driven choices in R&D. Business cases were not always present or uniform, value tracking was missing, and the portfolio view (balance, fit, integrity) was fragmented. Been Management Consulting designed and implemented a standardised Business Case Framework, bringing together tooling, process and governance, so that priorities, budget allocation and progress can be steered on facts.
