  • At Been Management Consulting, we focus on accelerating the food transition and energy transition. We are looking for an experienced Manager who wants to commit to a future-proof energy system and guide our clients in drafting and realizing their sustainable ambitions. Issues we work on? We help our clients not only with complex challenges in the field of new forms of energy, energy savings, (prevention of) congestion, but also in the design and implementation of new organizational models. You support a diversity of organizations in the energy, water, mobility and food sectors. With our services in strategy development, performance improvement and change management, you will advise and support clients. The goal is always the same; to increase the positive impact of our clients and realize the energy and food transition.

What are we looking for?

  • A completed WO Master's degree;
  • 6+ years of experience as a management consultant at a consulting firm;
  • Experience in the areas of strategy development, performance improvement and/or change management;
  • Project and/or work experience within the energy and/or food industry;
  • Subject matter knowledge of topics relevant to the transition to a renewable energy system and/or the food transition;
  • A relevant network and the ambition to further expand this network;
  • You have experience with and enjoy managing, mentoring and developing others;
  • You are able to develop appealing customer propositions from knowledge, experience and network;
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both verbally and in writing.

What will you be doing?

  • You advise and support companies that play a crucial role in the energy transition. You apply your consulting skills and knowledge of the energy transition to strategy implementation issues. You lead one or more projects. You ensure that colleagues can perform and develop to their full potential. You spot opportunities, have commercial discussions and translate them into new projects. You expand your network. As a Manager you continuously expand your knowledge, share your know-how and experience with the internal energy transition team and work with colleagues to improve our services. You develop Been, and above all yourself as a person and professional.
