On Wednesday 26th February 2025, the European Commission presented a package of proposals to simplify EU rules. This package is called ‘Omnibus’ and includes amendments to the CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, CBAM and the InvestEU Regulation. The Omnibus aims to simplify rules, boost competitiveness and attract investments for companies.
