To help Gasunie with their ambition we provided several management roles and change support to help build the new business unit for Large Capital Projects. This way we combined our change management expertise with in-depth energy transition knowledge and management capabilities.

Unit Manager
To guide the organization and structure the start-up phase we took on a role as unit manager. This resulted in the official founding of the business Unit Large Capital Projects, a management team and setting clear goals, together.
Change Manager
To ensure effective stakeholder management and change communication we performed change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and engagement sessions. Resulting in cohesion, synergy, and support among stakeholders, enabling the necessary changes to be implemented and adopted more effectively.
Assurance quartermaster
To design and deliver a framework for this essential topic on of our colleagues worked as a quartermaster to jumpstart the implementation of this framework. This resulted in a framework which is used as a basis for all assurance activities that contribute to delivering successful large capital projects
