Our client, a European logistics service provider, set out to improve its EcoVadis sustainability rating. The short-term goal was to boost its score to meet customer requirements. The long-term goal is to increase its ranking position.
Improving EcoVadis Score
The client has clear sustainability ambitions and a solid understanding of its material topics. The organization needed clarity on its current EcoVadis score, a set of actionable improvement steps, and a practical roadmap to achieve measurable results in the short term. We supported the client in their EcoVadis boost by reviewing their current assessment and company documentation. We identified common themes and improvement areas and ranked these based on effort, impact, and alignment with the client’s ambition.
Actionable roadmap
We presented a pragmatic and feasible action plan consisting of 22 high-impact, feasible short-term actions to boost the EcoVadis score. The client was also provided with insights into structural improvement opportunities to work towards its long-term goal of strengthening its sustainability positioning in the market.
