- Provide all supply chain stakeholders with an overview of the current end-to-end Pharmaceutical Supply Chain (PSC)
- Define a shared vision, ambition and strategy to transform the traditional PSC into a patient centric PSC
- Provide PSC stakeholders with a cross-stakeholder strategy map with concrete strategic initiatives to setup the patient centric PSC
- Enable PSC stakeholders to align their internal organisation and external stakeholders in this transformation
