Start with 'we'
We look beyond WHY, HOW and WHAT.
And add an additional concept: WE
The people who now make up your organisation:
Can they become the WE that you need to be?
Can they bear a large portion of the change?
Do they have the right motivation? The talent necessary?
The right attitude?
The right personality? There's thousands of questions,
To which the answer seems to be that you already have this ability for change.
That you can let your people form this new structure,
rather than having a new structure that (re-)shapes your people.
