Defining a Global Supply Chain Strategy
As part of the five-year corporate global strategy, the Supply Chain leadership team wanted to translate these global ambitions to their own situation. We organized and facilitated a two-day workshop for designing a Strategy Map with Logistics & Distributions management teams from all regions (EMEA, Americas, Japan/ Asia & Oceania) gather together to define the future global).
With our Strategy Map we can coherently visualize strategic objectives, KPI’s and change initiatives, while incorporating the four perspectives of the business balance score card (customer, financial, processes and culture) in one overview.
